Rates

Due to the license restrictions, we cannot accept more anglers than noted on each boat. The head count includes babies and children. We cannot make exceptions. If you have a large group and would like to reserve two or more boats, please call our office and we would be happy to accommodate your party.

Payment

We accept cash, check, venmo, and all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking to confirm your booking. If paying by check, please make checks payable to "Capt Toms Charters" and have your check ready to give to the captain at the end of the charter. If paying by cash, please have your cash payment ready to give to your captain at the end of the charter. We will refund the credit card on file once we receive your alternate payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of the charter will be charged 100%. Capt. Tom's Charters reserve the right to cancel the charter due to weather. We will do our best to rebook your charter for another day. In the event of an emergency or illness, we understand.
